Most orders for save the dates or invites will be completed within 1 week of purchase assuming the design is approved within a day or two.

Within Australia:  

Flat Rate (default) : 2 - 8 business days - tracking included
Express Post: 1 - 2 business days (may take 3 business days to remote areas)

International:  

We send international mail by Australia Post.  There are multiple options at checkout with trade-offs between speed and price:

Standard: Includes tracking - 6 - 12 business days
Express: Includes tracking - 4 - 8 business days
Courier Express: Includes tracking - 2 - 5 business days

Please note that the above shipping times are estimates and we cannot guarantee delivery within these timeframes.

Note for New Zealand customers: NZ is the only country as far as we are aware that may have issue with wood products passing quarantine. If you purchase with a delivery address in NZ we will be in contact with you via email to confirm if you are ok with the risk that you may be charged fumigation fees to collect your order.

Do you send a design proof?

Yes, we send a design proof for all orders for you to review before going to production (unlimited free changes).  We will be in contact via email within 1 business day of placing the order – please check your spam folder.

Can I change the order of the text, change or add words?

Yes, all text is customisable and you may add/remove lines.  Please include what you would like in the personalisation box and we will fit it as best we can.  Further modifications can be made after we send you the initial design proof via email

Can I change the font or images or mix and match from other designs?

Yes, all fonts and image elements can be changed or swapped from other designs

I have created my own design – can you use it?

For sure – please email what you have to hello@stringybarksupplies.com
and we’ll make sure it’s suitable for printing (most designs are, but some may not).

Can the card backing be altered?

Sorry, we cannot modify the card backing
